Pau D Arco: Raw Organic - Light Cellar
Story:
Also known as taheebo or lapacho, the inner bark of this has tree been used as a medicine by Indigenous tribes in South America dating back to the time of the Incas. It is an evergreen tree, and is also widely used in the Amazonian rainforest for making hunting bows.
Instructions:
Decoction: 2-3 grams per 8 oz. water or roughly 3 Tbsp per quart of water. Slowly boil for 20-30 min, and let cool covered before straining.
